Chris Osswald vs Arrowhead Group
Osswald alleges that he lent Arrowhead Group $50,000 to support business operations. To date, that money has not been paid back, the suit alleges. Osswald is suing for the $50,000 plus interest, attorney fees and any other costs not to exceed $75,000.
Mitch’s Hometown Lawn Care vs Bearded Kaptain
The civil suits mount for one Korey Sterm, principal of Bearded Kaptain. According to the suit, Mitch’s lent Bearded Kaptain $100,000, and now Bearded Kaptain owes a total of $110,000 which was due in March of this year. Mitch’s is suing for the $110,000 plus attorney fees and any other costs the court deems appropriate.
Wisteria Assisted Living vs Orbiting Drive
Wisteria Assisted Living claims that Orbiting Drive executed a promissory note to buy all of Wisteria’s assets but failed to ever pay for them. Wisteria says that Orbiting Drive owes them a total of $58,214, which includes interest.
