Marathon County Board previews live on The Wausonian
The Wausonian's pre-election coverage concludes with these previews
This is our very last pre-election post. The Wausonian has divided up the candidates by Wausau districts and non-Wausau districts, for no other reason than it made a pretty natural dividing point (and since all of them in one post got really long).
The Wausonian also chose to publish them directly to the website, and send out this post instead, so as not to flood your inbox. With 15 contested races including 30 candidates, even split up those posts ran long.

Campaign spending in the mayor's race skyrockets
As Wausonians approach April 2, many of them are likely being inundated with ads for Katie Rosenberg and Doug Diny. I personally seem to never log on to Facebook or Instagram without seeing a Mayor Katie video or reel, and I often need to watch Diny walking and talking through Wa…
And this one in Kronenwetter:
Kronenwetter campaign animosity boils over at Kronenwetter meeting
Kelly Coyle wasn’t too happy, people found out Monday. The village board member somehow ended up on an attack again against three of the Kronenwetter candidates in the village board race. Coyle was angered and perplexed, since he isn’t on Tuesday’s ballot.
