I do recall talk about that actually. However Bayli didn't mention it in her replies. I think some of this stuff was a bit oversold, and it was almost mentioned in passing that anything in the plan would take outside funding - even things that seem like it would be the state's responsibility, like the expanded park office. So I want to highlight that so people have a realistic idea of timelines and likeliness of these things.

Where are the mountain bike trails currently being built by CWOCC?
At the annual meeting, they said they would be around the old speedway property, which is where the trailhead is going to be built.
