Wausau mall project developer warned about on senate floor
Terrence Wall of T. Wall Enterprises went after a Republican state senator, claims to have helped his Democrat opponent
During the height of the Foundry on Third controversy, Terrence Wall called out the council members who opposed him.
He publicly called for the resignation of those council members who opposed approving an extension for the Foundry on Third project, saying they broke the law because they weren’t impartial. (Seemingly confusing a judge’s requirement to be impartial in a court of law with a city council member, who are under no such requirement.)
Ultimately the council approved the extension, and T. Wall Enterprises broke ground on the project in May. The building has made a lot of progress in that time, and is expected to be open by next year.
City council members apparently aren’t the only target of Wall’s ire.
