He decided to stay open despite the permit revocation and, as far as anyone can tell, the county didn't do much about it. Now he's filed an appeal, and plans to stay open through the appeal. But it also sounds like from the last meeting that they're working out a compromise on the parking issue so he can have a beer garden and remain open. Either way, it will probably be open that weekend, yes.
