Joe Ellis is the founder of JEM Productions, which produces live events and retooled in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, putting together livestream concerts with area musicians with full lights, stage and sound production. We also talk about his musical career as Joe.E, and his sometimes terrifying previous career as an airline pilot!
