Would love to see the entire coloring book and its pages that was distributed to children. Would like to find out details of who authorized, put together all the pages, who was the editor or responsible parties, as well as how many coloring books were distributed and to what age groups this book was targeting.
FYI. Wausau Events and Main Street Wausau, 2 area nonprofits that the city of Wausau does their accounting, cutting payroll and expense checks, manage their receipts and revenues....for over a decade(?).....at NO CHARGE...which I targeted in the last few years that should no longer have the city doing this favor is IMHO in deep with keeping the status quo. There are over 75 nonprofits in Marathon County that pay someone or companies to handles their finances, pay theirs bills and generate their financial statments but these 2 nonprofits are uniquely tied to pro downtown Wausau. I am not all suprised with thise article...but shows IMHO why the city of Wausau should not be doing these services for FREE for these 2 nonprofits.

So, I am confused. You say that many “wouldn’t think it a good idea to hand kids material depicting drug use.” Is that what happened?
